BlockchainSpace and FOAD Partnership Explodes the Boundaries of Gaming

Mayhem to meet blockchain innovation through this new collaboration.

As the world of gaming continues to evolve at a breakneck pace, BlockchainSpace is always on the lookout for innovative and engaging gaming experiences to bring to our community of thousands of guilds and millions of gamers. That’s why we are thrilled to announce our partnership with FOAD, the explosive and adrenaline-fueled competitive party game that is aimed to take the gaming world by storm.

FOAD is a competitive party game that takes the battle royale concept and cranks it up to 11. Players take control of uniquely designed explosives, each with their own set of properties and stats, and compete in PvP mini-games to see who can cause the most chaos. The objectives of these mini-games range from targeting a specific FOAD to destroying the entire map. The central theme of causing chaos is always present. The player with the most cataclysmic FOAD at the end of it all will win the game.

One of FOAD’s newest additions is the Magma Trials, which we are sure will invigorate GUIDLers worldwide. The Magma Trials is a limited-time, pre-alpha playtest that allows players to explore a dangerous cavern where they must collect as much cash as possible within a set amount of time. Oh, also, there’s lava. A lot of lava.

Through this partnership, BlockchainSpace guilds and gamers will have the opportunity to take part in the upcoming Magma Trials Competition. From March 10 to April 10, 2023, players can participate in the competition by joining their Discord, following them on Twitter, and posting their scores on Twitter with the hashtag #foadmagmatrials for a chance to win some awesome prizes! To emerge victorious, players must master their FOAD’s movement mechanics, navigate dynamic traps while avoiding the lava below, and, as per usual, blow everything up! The competition will have a leaderboard, so we are excited to see our GUIDLers displayed among the top spots.

But that’s not all! This partnership between BlockchainSpace and FOAD is just the beginning. We have some exciting surprises in store for the Magma Trials that will take the gaming experience to a whole new level. Keep your eyes peeled for updates, and get ready for some epic adventures!

FOAD is currently compatible with Windows devices but will be platform-agnostic in the near future. The game is developed in Unreal Engine 5, which allows for endless game-ready assets to be created using a generative tool. This means that FOAD’s gameplay will never get old, as new FOADs and maps can be created on the fly.
